The Engineering Quad and Library: The lawn with paths cutting across is the Engineering (Bardeen) Quad and the Building you see is the Engineering (Grainger) Library.

Cool place!! By "work" do you mean your part time work there as well?
Since I am a RA (Research Assistant), I do research work for a Professor. It is a 50% position so I am expected to work for around 20hrs a week.
